How do I register a Back2Gamer account?
Go to Register on the top right corner of the page > Enter your Email and Mobile Number > Create and Repeat Password > Request OTP and an OTP will be sent to your mobile number via SMS > Enter your OTP > Tick “I Agree with Terms & Conditions” Box > Sign Up.
How do I login to my account?
Go to Login on top right corner of the page > Enter Mobile Number and Password > Login.
How to reset forgotten password?
Go to Login on top right corner of the page > Forgot Password > Enter New Password > Confirm New Password > Request OTP > Enter OTP > Update Password.
How can I edit my account details?
Go to Menu Bar > My Account, and you are able to edit your Name, Email, Mobile Number.

What is B2GC?
Back2Gamer Credits (B2G) is the currency being used on this platform. You can use your B2G to purchase credits for your favourite games. Ringgit Malaysia RM 1 = 1 B2G
How to top up B2GC?
Login to your Account > Select “+” icon, next to your balance at the top right of the page to perform a reload. Then it will lead you to the Payment Method page.
How do I check my B2G balance?
Login to your Account, you will be able to view your B2G balance on the top right corner of the page.
How to check my reload history?
Go to Menu Bar > Wallet. You may see your reload history there.

What kind of payment terms do you accept?
There are few available payment options available:

For Financial Process Exchange (FPX), will be soon available.

For Manual Online Transfer, Select your preferred bank > Copy Account Name and Account Number > Paste details at your selected bank app payment gateway > Attach Image to Upload Receipt > Enter Amount > Submit.

For E-Wallet, Select your preferred E-Wallet App (Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Touch n’ Go, ShopeePay) > Scan the provided QR Code using your E-Wallet QR Code Scanner to proceed payment > Attach Image to Upload Receipt > Enter Amount > Submit.

How can I check my transaction history?
Go to Wallet and you will be able to see your transaction history there.
Refund Policy
Can I get a request a refund of my B2G?
All B2G top-ups, purchases, and etc., are final and non-refundable. Cases such as wrong ID input will non-refundable as well.
Cancellation
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Unfortunately no, cancellation of orders are not allowed.

Go to Menu Bar > Contact Support > Fill in your information or Attach File if necessary > Submit.
